To schedule a meeting, click Meetings on the navigation menu. The show option can be found by scrolling through Options on the left side of the screen and clicking the Show button. By selecting this check box you allow alternative hosts to manage your polling. There is a caveat for the following: Zoom users cannot host on alternative hosts. It is not possible to designate someone other than a Zoom member as an alternative host as well. Therefore, only Zoom members can host with one another.

An alternative host may be assigned if a host needs another party for the opening of the meeting. Co-hosts will have same control over the meeting as an alternative host.

An alternative host can be appointed when a meeting is scheduled. You are not allowed to ask for a co-host prior to the time.
