How to set up a zoom meeting and invite others

 

Zoom desktop app opens in your browser. Sign in for the Zoom desktop app. Get in touch with someone. You will find it under the Meetings tab. By clicking Copy Invite, you can choose the meeting to which you wish to invite other attendees. You can either paste this information into an email or anywhere else your audience would prefer to hear, so do not forget to mark it as a meeting invitation.

Meeting invitations should be created and mailed once a scheduled meeting has been scheduled. Scheduling a meeting does not mean choosing a date and time when it is scheduled. Meetings might be scheduled one-time or recurring. A meeting can be scheduled in several ways. Prior to your event, you can schedule it on a calendar or send it on with a printed email invitation. It is okay for an individual to join a meeting without being logged in if prior participation can be ensured. The host can leave the room and login into Zoom by leaving the meeting unattended while she or he is recording.
